The Coordination Center of Marginalized Populations (CEAP) is a non-governmental, non-profit, secular, founded in 1989 in the city of Rio de Janeiro, by former inmates of Funabem - National Foundation for the Well-Being of Minors, members the black community and the Women's Movement. Defends the right to religious freedom, and the dignity of African-based religions. The applicant violation of fundamental rights of children and adolescents, women, and black populations marginalized by the practice of racism was the inspiration for his creation.
