Campaign Do not Kill Our Children - 1989 - Faced with the death of children and adolescents in Brazil and in a particular way in Rio de Janeiro, in the 80s, the CEAP concentrated its efforts in the articulation of social sectors in the defense of the rights of children and adolescents . It was found that the victims of extermination, as a rule, were black children and teenagers, which required the institution to implement their actions in the fight against racism. In 1989, the National Campaign "Do not Kill Our Children" was launched as a way to make society aware of the gravity of the drama lived in the outskirts of large cities. Importantly, this mobilization process, gave the Federal Plan, the 'Statute of Children and Adolescents, as a public policy of the Brazilian State, plus the installation by a National Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry Congress to investigate the crimes of extermination children and adolescents in Brazil.

Positive Vibrations Program - From 1993 to 1996 - The CEAP produced and aired a radio program with great effect on black communities among the militants of the Black Movement and society in general. The program's goal was to combat racism and racial discrimination and to promote the cultural identity of communities, from the perspective of human rights, emphasizing the fight against racial discrimination.

Legal Assistance Program - The recurrent cases of racial discrimination in the state and the search for the victims for support in the institution led the CEAP organizing a legal service structure to racial discrimination victims in Rio de Janeiro. The project ran for a period of three years and has become a reference in caring for victims of racism, politics has come to be assumed by the State Government, to structure the SOS Racism, linked to the Department of Justice and Public Safety.
